The Early Career Traineeship is designedfor fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent whomeet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in aspecific business.

The traineeship duration is 6 to 12 months andwill develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provideon the job learning and exposure.

As part ofour Early Career Traineeship, you will be involvedin:

On job training by working with ServiceDelivery Organization in the Surface Pressure Control (SPC)Services Organization.

By the end of the program, you shall possesscomprehensive knowledge on Surface Pressure Control equipment(Wellhead & Xmas tree) operation and maintenance thatincludes planned & unplanned outages, field services,repairs and parts.

As well, gain experience on business financialknowledge on Sales, Margin andCash.

Participating in HSE Induction tofamiliarize the trainees on Baker Hughes SafetyStandards

visiting wellsite for monitoring andwatching the execution phases

Participating inbasic Field work, which includes sampling, field surveys, testingand troubleshooting activities.

Gaining handson experience on certified high performingmachines.

Rotating between different businessfunctions to have a full understanding on the business process(Sales, Sourcing, Quality, Project Management, Service Delivery,Manufacturing).
