Job Description:

  • Direct delivery drivers to the the correct unloading station
  • Receive and sign for deliveries
  • Check deliveries against orders, invoices, manifests and other documents to verify correctness
  • Record and report overages, shortages and discrepancies
  • Liaise with shippers to rectify problems with deliveries
  • Inspect the condition and quality of delivered items
  • Record and reject damaged items
  • Process returns of damaged items
  • Prepare and keep records of good received
  • Complete daily receiving entries into computer system
  • Store stock in an orderly manner in appropriate locations
  • Assure proper storage conditions
  • Correctly route items to relevant departments and process intercompany transfers
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Conduct regular cycle counts
  • Liaise with purchasing and operations with regard to stock levels
  • Comply with standard safety and operating procedures

Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month


Experience:


  • Purchasing Receiver in a Restaurant: 2 years (required)
