• Spare parts procurement for thePlant machinery
• Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,PLC (material and services) for the Production, Maintenance, HSEand Technical centre
• AMC requirements for thePlant and machinery
• Procurement of services andmaterial for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical items ontime
• Reviewing and approving all RFQ, SupplierSelection and negotiating with suppliers & vendors,supplier evaluation,
• Preparing PO, Follow upwith vendors for till payment to vendor and then vendor rating anddevelopment.
• Working experience in Dynamics 365and Office
• Handle emergency situations andunplanned maintenance needs by quickly sourcing and procuringnecessary MRO items.
• Supplier PerformanceEvaluation, regularly assess supplier performance, providefeedback, and work on improving supplierrelationships.
• Negotiate contracts andagreements with suppliers, focusing on favourable terms, quality,delivery, andcost-effectiveness.
