- Lead the development ofcomprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for theorganisation
- Prepare accurate and timelyfinancial reports for internal stakeholders, executive leadership,and regulatory compliance
- Monitor actualfinancial performance against budgets andforecasts
- Develop and maintain advancedfinancial models to simulate various scenarios, enabling strategicplanning and risk assessment
- Build and mentor ahigh-performing FP&A team, fostering professional growthand culture
- Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting, or a related field with relevant qualification (ACCA,CA, CPA etc)
- Must have experience in the Big 4and Utilities, Oil & Gas or the heavyindustry
- Extensive experience in financialplanning and analysis, with a track record of senior leadershiproles
- Expertise in financial modelling andproficiency with financial software andtools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develophigh-performing teams
