We provide ongoing support and butler service throughout your stay, effectively filling the gap between luxury hotels and holiday homes.

What you'll do

• Bring your 5* hotel or holiday home expertise and systems to our company
• Ensure cleanliness of villas and apartments according to set standards and procedures
• Ensure guests' requests are promptly and courteously met
• Conduct regular room checklists, and daily briefings with staff at floor level
• Promote positive working environment.
• Minimise wastage throughout Housekeeping Department. Control and analyse amenity and chemical usage
• Check linen condition and cleaning
• Oversee all Housekeeping Attendants and provide support for all staff
• Control and Monitor Report Cards of staff
• Inspect villas and apartments every day to ensure furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and or replaced / refurbished
• Check soft materials such as curtains and couches area cleaned and coordinate special cleaning / shampooing when needed.
• Report guest damage to management
• Report maintenance issues to management and maintenance team
• Damage inspection after guest check out
• Monitor & report usage of cleaning materials
• Ensure storage space is clear and clean at all times
• All PA equipment is scheduled for maintenance repairs / replacement
• PA & surroundings monitored and scheduled for daily inspection
• Hotel rooms inspection daily, this includes unoccupied rooms
• Ensure grooming and hygiene standards of staff members
• Trains and assists room attendants and advises Executive Housekeeper if performance is not satisfactory. Assists with inventory.
• Ensures that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
• Min. 2year housekeeping supervisory / team lead experience in 5 Star Hotels or a high end holiday home company is a must.

Facilities Management: 1 year (preferred)

• Strong recent appraisals and references

• References and demonstration of high performance in current / previous roles
• Fluent English
• Car and drivers license preferred
