Responsibilities:


  • Write clean, welldocumented code that follows best practices and meets security and performance standards
  • Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges
  • Stay uptodate with the latest backend technologies and trends, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into projects as needed
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, helping to develop their skills and advance their careers
  • Monitor performance and implement optimizations to ensure that our backend systems are scalable and reliable

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer, with a portfolio of completed projects
  • Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, )
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and other backend technologies
  • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality code
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
