Responsibilities:

• Managehighway/roadway design projects
  
• Manageproject schedule and workplan
  
• Communicateprogress/updates to clients andteam
  
• Deliverquality results on time and withinbudget
  
• Use technicalexpertise to mentor/train junior staff and delegatetasks
  
• Responsiblefor clientsatisfaction
  
• Coordinatemultiple projectssimultaneously
  

Requirements:

• B.S.Degree in Civil Engineering from an accreditedcollege/university
  
• 5+years of civil/highway designexperience
  
• PELicense
  
• IDOTproject experiencepreferred
  
• ProjectManagementexperience
  
• Proficient inMicrostation, GeoPak, and InRoads and/or ORD design software
  
• Workingknowledge of DOT/AASHTOStandards
