Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


Fleet Management:
Supervise and coordinate a team of riders, ensuring efficient deployment and adherence to delivery schedules.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs for continuous improvement.


Operational Oversight:
Monitor and optimize daily delivery operations to enhance efficiency and meet service level agreements.
Address operational challenges promptly, ensuring swift resolution to maintain a seamless delivery process.


Cash Handling Oversight:
Track and reconcile cash transactions, ensuring accurate and timely deposits by riders.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash deposits promptly, working closely with riders and finance teams.


Communication and Coordination:
Establish effective communication channels with riders to relay important updates, changes in procedures, and address concerns.
Collaborate with the logistics and customer support teams to streamline communication and enhance overall service quality.


Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that all riders adhere to traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Implement and monitor compliance with all relevant regulations governing food delivery logistics, including awareness of UAE immigration and visa processing rules.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or fleet management, preferably in the food delivery industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety regulations, and logistics operations.
  • Awareness of UAE immigration and visa processing rules.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with logistics software and tracking systems.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Pay:
From AED3,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Food Delivery Logistics: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Al Quoz (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Al Quoz: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
