    Lead the fabrication team and provide support to all the teams.
    Maintain the quality of work and ensure that the team is following the production plan.
    Manage all communications with supervisors and ensure efficiency of the fabrication procses.
    Resolve all issues for fabrication process.
    Improve quality of all fabrication activities.
    Assist the factory manager and prepare reports on a regular basis.
    Experience in Welding.
    Experience in read drawings and preparing a plan.


    Job Requirements:
    Experience: 3 – 8 yrsEducation: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Mechanical), Bachelor of Science(Computers, General)
