Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, client prospecting, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
