Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for food and beverage staff on various topics such as service techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interactions.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support effective learning.
  • Assess training needs and create customized training programs.
  • Provide onthejob coaching and support to staff members.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain training records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or training role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Organizational skills to plan and coordinate training programs.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training materials.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Flexibility to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
