    Description
    • Create entries for Lease deals inthe Data Capture System based on the input received from theLeasing Team in Asset Management.
    • Prepare thedraft and final Lease Agreements, Amendments and Deeds to bechecked by the appropriate personnel for accuracy and ensure thatthe same is in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed atthe time of closing lease deal and send the same to the client forreview and acceptance.
    • Review the finalacceptance from the client on the Lease Agreement document toensure that there is no ambiguity in the acceptance of the termsand conditions stated in the formal lease agreement and that thereis complete clarity between the Company (Asset Management BusinessUnit) and the tenant's commitment with regards to theagreement.
    • Collect all pertinent and validlegal documents from the tenant such as Trade license, CommercialRegistration, Insurance Certificate, Owner's passportcopies etc., to ensure the legality of thetenant.
    • Organize the payment documents andforward the same to the client along with the Lease Agreement so asto receive the payment along with the signed agreement signifyingthe acceptance of the client.
    • Responsible forall correspondences between Company and tenants whether it is byemail, letter and fax and all follow up required during the courseof the process, until the final Lease agreement issigned.
    • Provide input (cheques, job requests,T- Forms) to and receive output from (legal jobs, receipts,,LOD's) to related departments i.e., Leasing, Finance,Legal and Retail Architecture.
    • Provide allnecessary data / reports concerning to Lease administration toSenior Manager Lease Administration as and whenrequested.
    • Maintain accurate filing of allLease deal related information and agreement (both physical and onsystem e.g. Yardi / MRI and/or SharePoint etc.) so as to enable theteam to refer the same with respect to rent collection / renewal /extension etc., as well as to serve as a point of reference in caseof any litigation.
    • Ensure compliance with theMAFP Asset Management Business Unit's Code of Conduct,Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at alltimes.
    • Be the advocate and ambassador ofaligning and cascading the MAF Properties values across AssetManagement Business Unit and ensure that it is adhered to andexhibit the same all the time.
