Our partner company is actively seeking a skilled Technical Director to play a pivotal role in transforming innovative concepts into reality, captivating the target audience through immersive experiences. In this leadership position, the individual will shape the technical strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of technology into projects. The role encompasses designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical aspects of initiatives, collaborating closely with creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: The candidate will define the vision and technical strategy, ensuring quality and innovation in project execution while leading the technical team.
• Technology Integration: They will identify emerging technologies and relevant solutions for exceptional experiences, ensuring the smooth integration of technical elements into the creative process.
• Project Management: Overseeing project planning and execution, the Technical Director will ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications, collaborating with creative, production, and client teams.
• Technical Innovation: The candidate will propose innovative ideas in technology and user experience, actively driving research and development projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close collaboration with creative, production, and account management teams will provide a comprehensive understanding of project needs and objectives.
• Security and Compliance: The Technical Director will ensure system and data security, complying with industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a technical leadership role within an experiential agency or similar environment.
• Strong technical skills in software development, emerging technologies, and interactive experience design are essential.
• Knowledge of Ventuz software and Novastar Processor programming is required.
• Essential knowledge in audio and video is a must.
• Ability to decrypt, understand, and modify a 3D plan is expected.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment are necessary.
• Effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and clients are a key requirement.
• The candidate should possess a strategic vision and a passion for technical innovation.
  
  

This is an on-site position with approximately 80% travel. The company provides visa support for foreign candidates. The selected candidate will join a dynamic team, contributing to creating memorable experiences that push the boundaries of imagination and technology.
