    About the Role

    Are you ready to take the lead in keeping world-class facilities running smoothly every day? We're looking for a proactive and confident Hard Services Team Leader to join our Facilities Asset Management team

    In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations — ensuring all electrical, mechanical, and civil systems are well-maintained, safe, and performing at their best. You'll supervise daily activities, support colleagues on duty, and keep coordination flowing between internal teams and contractors.

    What You'll Do

    Lead and supervise the Hard Services shift team
    Monitor plant rooms & public areas, raising tasks where needed
    Coordinate with service providers and contractors on PM & repair tasks
    Support with operational requests from different departments
    Ensure all maintenance activities meet standards & schedules
    Report issues that need immediate action
    Work closely with Assistant Managers and step in when required
    Support night shift operations and monitor ongoing project work

    What You Bring

    Education & Skills

    • Experience in MEP systems in hospitality or theme park environments
    • Confident with Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles within hospitality or theme parks

    Bonus Points

    • Knowledge of Maximo or similar CMMS
    • Familiarity with energy conservation practices
    • Trade certificates in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing fields
