The Project Manager will be responsible forimplementing our software solutions in organisations such as assetmanagers hedge funds wealth managers and private banks in EMEA.This Project Manager at Advent Software is a challenging leadershiprole. Job Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams.
• Motivate and inspire implementation consultants andclient representatives.
• Facilitate handoverfrom Sales to Professional Services.
• Scopeand price implementation projects.
• Scheduleproject tasks and events.
• Conductimplementation planning workshops.
• See tothat projects are running on time on budget and withinscope.
• Manage client expectations andconcerns.
• Chair project meetings.
• Maintain project status.
• Reviewand approve consultants time and expenses.
• Comply with the Advent Implementation Methodology (AIM).
• Assisting sales with estimation of implementationservices.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong leadershipskills.
• Excellent communication skills(English is a must have)
• A positive andwinning personality.
• Collaborative pragmaticand flexible.
• Strong time and resourcemanagement skills.
• Proven track record as aProject Manager of complex and high profile softwaresolutions.
• Knowledge of the investmentmanagement industry.
• Good understanding offinancial instruments (stocks bonds options etc.).
• Experience with portfolio management systems is aplus.
• Strong IT/technical skills. (Cloud MSWindows SQL UNIX data integration data conversions etc.) Is a greatplus.
• Ability to travel 1030%.
• Universitylevel degree
• ProjectManagement certification (PRINCE2 and/or PMP/PMI)
• A client team and solution oriented attitude.
