We are seeking a highly motivated Product Management Associate to join our dynamic team.

The Product Management Associate will play a crucial role in assisting the product management team in developing and executing product strategies, from conception to launch.

This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to drive the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics.
Monitor industry news, market reports, and competitor activities.

Product Development Support:

Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and specifications.
Assist in creating product roadmaps and timelines.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure timely product development.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features.

User Experience (UX) Analysis:

Analyze user feedback, usage data, and usability studies to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that products meet user needs and provide an intuitive user interface.

Project Management:

Assist in project management activities, including setting goals, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
Help resolve projectrelated issues and obstacles.

Documentation and Communication:

Create and maintain documentation such as product specifications, user guides, and release notes.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and key insights to internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
23 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
