    As the Head of Business Development, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our expansion strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and building a robust network within the MENA region.

    We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in business development, a keen understanding of market trends, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative strategies to propel our presence and success.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives in the forex market.
    2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to formulate effective market entry and expansion strategies.
    3. Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance the company's market share.
    4. Partnership Development: Explore and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, financial institutions, and industry influencers to expand the company's reach.
    5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing business development team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
    6. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling to existing clients.
    7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
    8. Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish a strong presence in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Proven experience in a senior business development role within the forex or financial services industry.
    • Strong understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and financial products.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
