Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Incharge to join our team in Ras Al Kaimah, UAE.

The Procurement Incharge will play a critical role in managing the procurement process, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials while maintaining cost-efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and project requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for
    Glazing & Facade, hardware, and related materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers, designers, and engineers to understand material needs and project timelines.
  • Forecast procurement needs and maintain optimal inventory levels to support ongoing projects.
  • Monitor supplier performance, address any issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new materials to drive innovation and costeffectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the
    Glazing & Facade materials industry
:


  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools for data analysis and inventory management.
  • Resultoriented mindset with a focus on achieving cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of
    Glazing & Facade and related materials is a plus.

Salary:

AED6, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
