RESPONSIBILITIES
Upgrade and maintain network hardware including managed switches, routers, access points and firewalls. Manage workforce forecasting, scheduling, and load balancing for call activities, ensuring SLA and quality assurance metrics are met. Deploy and perform maintenance of NAS servers, Exchange servers, Video conferencing equipment. Maintain classified computer asset and material accordance with DOD security policies and procedures. Utilize ERP system for inventory management and analyze data.
Maintain spare/upgrade parts inventory for workstations, desktops and printers. Configure printers for network use as well as printing. Execute server builds, migrations to current OS Mac+ Windows, and troubleshooting.
Assist with projects as assigned by IT Manager Basic knowledge on Digital marketing and Graphic designing will be plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
System Admin (Windows/ Mac): 1 year (required)
