Job summary
The laboratory of David A. Scicchitano in the Division of Science at New York University Abu Dhabi seeks to recruit a Junior Research Scientist to work on the mechanisms underlying genome maintenance, particularly in response to agents that damage DNA.This position will examine the effect of ablating DNA repair enzymes on other DNA repair pathways that might act to compensate for the loss.
A master's degree in biology is preferred, although a bachelor's degree in biology with completion of a research project as part of the degree course will be considered.
