    Coordinate recruitment activities shortlisting resumes facilitates the interview process and coordinates with HR talent acquisition operations to complete the recruitment lifecycle.

    Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance records.

    Responsible for all recruitment process such as assessment of needs preparation of job description and requirements for the position choice of the most effective method selection and job offer.

    Be uptodate on employment laws and regulations as well as other legal requirements regarding people management to help leaders ensure complianceManage employee engagement initiatives employee events and support all employee welfare activitiesManage time and attendance systems ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting of working hours.

    RequirementsBachelors Degree 35 years of HR experience preferred.

    Knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Fluency in MS Office (Excel); knowledge of HRIS systems is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
