The Role:

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible to oversee and lead all sales and marketing activities within the organization.

The position will define and implement the strategic plans in line with the company's objective and goals. The position would also drive revenue, research and formulate marketing opportunities and thereby implement new sales plans.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, evaluate business needs and establish targets and performance metrics.
  • Create and implement short and longterm marketing strategies to meet the sales team goals and annual sales targets.
  • Implement and meet budget and revenue targets, review work of multiple teams, evaluate market/industry trends and competition.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities using effective marketing/advertising campaigns and other PR activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to update management on the sales progress.
  • Network and socialize with important clients to ensure sustained patronage.
  • Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
  • Need to possess strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams including setting clear goals and objectives, providing guidance and support and fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the company's competitiveness
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop sales forecasts, budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data and make decisions to optimize sales operations and resource allocation.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)
