• Develop and implement stakeholderengagement and communications strategy, to keep everyone aware ofnet zero developments and policy changes, and cascade targets andnew ways of working.
• Identify net zero trainingneeds across Technology teams and develop capability upliftplans.
• Work with net zero Programme core team,community manager, OUR CLIENT Learning & Development and/orexternal vendors to create and deliver required trainingprogrammes.
• With the help of working groups,drive engagement programmes to lead a collective mindset shifttowards org-wide ambitions.
• Coordinate with allthe relevant departments and ensure that all deliverables meet theset expectations and deadlines.
• Drive employeeengagement related to sustainability communications and educationto ensure colleagues are engaged with the organization'ssustainability efforts and collaborate with different stakeholdersto develop training materials andprogrammes.
• Work closely with their respectivePortfolio Manager, the Global CTO PPM Practice team and theirsenior stakeholders to ensure alignment of their project/Programmewith the wider change portfolio and group strategy, values andbehavior.
• Build strong relationships withsenior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses,Finance
• Lead end to end execution andresponsibility for all aspects of the project/Programme, includingdefinition, planning, execution & implementation,governance & control, financial, resource and changemanagement.
• Ensure the adherence to financialprocesses and procedures at project/Programme level, as set andcommunicated by OUR CLIENT Group, regulators, and CTO PPMPractice.
• Own the identification and escalationof any budgetary related risks, issues and opportunities toportfolio/function as appropriate.
• Continuallymonitor and update Technology Net Zero strategy, objectives andsuccess metrics
• Cultivate an organizationalculture that embeds net zero in day to dayoperations
• Engage with Technology leadership,Sustainability teams and other parts of the bank to identify carbonabatement and adopt best practices
• Influenceand input to C-suite level sustainabilitycommitments
• Create, cascade and monitorsustainability target for the Sponsors, IT ExCo and theirteams
• Work with programme sponsors andprogramme managers to discuss sustainability programme objectivesand progress, and discuss how other initiatives can adopt a netzero lens
• Help in developing and leadingimplementation of net zero-related policies and policy changesacross the entire Technology function
• Drivedelivery of Technology net zero plans with direction of core teamof resources
• Manage the technology execution ofmergers and acquisitions initiatives, especially Programme managingsuch initiatives end-to-end
