About The Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and implementation of data management and business intelligence initiatives within the organization. This role encompasses overseeing data governance, data quality, data integration, data architecture, and business intelligence to enable data-driven decision-making and support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Managing and Monetization of data products, including dashboards, reports, and data analytics, catering to both external clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves overseeing data management on data environments across various geographic locations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day-to-day business management of the analytical platform(s) including ETL processes, data quality and validation.
• Define business requirements, input into technical solutions, business project manage the development of a new analytical data platform.
• Provides relevant data sets in a timely manner to data scientists and consultants.
• Fulfills raw data extract request either for contracted external clients or for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that the requirements of the team, in terms of data availability are included in any new initiatives including new client onboardings, new market entry, new products etc.
• Develop and maintain data governance documentation including ETL processes, data dictionaries and specifications.
• Oversee data quality management processes and initiatives to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for decision-making and reporting purposes. 
• Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to address any discrepancies or issues.
• Data Monetization by analyzing internal and external data assets to identify opportunities for monetization.
• Market research to understand customer needs and identify potential data product offerings.
• Design and deliver contracted analytics consulting services and engagements to clients, ensuring the provision of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Manage data products, including dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions, to meet the needs of both acquiring and issuing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of data products.
• Provide day-to-day support to clients, offering data analytics and business insights to address their specific needs and challenges.
• Utilize industry best practices to design and implement efficient and scalable data solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data insights. 
• Engage in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss data strategies, insights, and recommendations. 
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of data products on data environments across different geographic regions.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of data management principles, practices, and technologies, including data governance, data quality, data integration, and data architecture.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and techniques, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Expertise of working on QLIK Sense and Azure data environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering business value through data-driven decision-making. 
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, from inception to implementation, within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
