Description
Prepare combined services MEP shop drawings including preparation of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency, etc for submission to authorities and site.
HVAC
AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution, heatload calculations, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc.
Electrical
AutoCAD Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection.
- Review and check the layout design as per material specifications.
- Develop and oversee shop drawing for site execution.
- Coordination and communicate with Site Supervisor and Engineers for all MEP work requirements.
- Prepare Material List per project as per required materials.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills Bachelor's degree plus experience in MEP Engineering Jobs
Requriements:
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in related field of specifications.
- Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
Salary:
Up to AED6,000.00 per month
