Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday digital operations and performance of our ecommerce site, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement strategies to optimize website and APP performance, including user experience, site functionality, and search engine optimization
Oversee website and APP maintenance, troubleshooting and liaise with technical support teams as required
Monitor and report on site analytics, metrics, and KPIs to improve website performance and customer experience
Manage the supply chain processes for our online store, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery
Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions and other digital initiatives to drive online sales growth
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the digital team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Stay uptodate with digital trends and technology, recommending changes and improvements where necessary

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or digital operations management
Strong understanding of digital technology and ecommerce platforms, and the ability to work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, preferably with experience in Shopify.
Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally to achieve goals
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing business needs
