Job summary
The Robotics and Intelligent Systems Control Laboratory (RISC) at New York University Abu Dhabi invites applicants to apply for the open Post-doctoral Associate position to perform primarily research on Reinforcement Learning, and/or Optimal Control, and/or Model Predictive Control.RISC invites qualified applicants in the areas of electrical, computer or mechanical engineering or other related department to apply. The applicant should publish some of his/her results in top conferences/journals including the Control and Decision Conference (CDC), International Conference on Automation and Robotics (ICRA) etc.
- Experience with control systems including the design of RL and MPC are required.
- Work with autonomous robots is preferred.
