    About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own and scale 's multi-cloud infrastructure, delivering automated, reliable, and cost-efficient deployments across regions while standardizing developer experience and platform ResponsibilitiesOwn multi‑cloud provisioning, upgrading, and reliability of the core platformAutomate everything via infrastructure as code and GitOpsShip fully automated deployments across regionsStandardize developer experience across areas such as tooling and CI/CDOptimize our stack's scalability and maintain cost‑awareness for AI workloadsHard RequirementsSenior-level experience & ability in Platform, DevOps, or SRE roles with production Kubernetes across multiple clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), not single‑cloud only.

    Proficiency with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code, including ArgoCD and either Terraform or Pulumi.

    Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript for platform tooling and Results (First 90 Days)Take a loosely defined platform challenge, write the requirements, and deliver a working solution.

    Audit platform, CI/CD, and dev tooling with Eng/Product; remove top blockers.

    Baseline key metrics (lead time, deploy freq, MTTR, cost per token); draft a Platform Playbook.100% infrastructure changes via IaC + GitOps; no console edits.

    Automated multi-region deployments across ≥2 clouds; SLOs enforced; MTTR ↓50%.Engineer efficiency up 80–90% on routine workflows; reduced LLM and infra cost.
