we are seeking a dedicated and capable clinic supervisor, must befemale and arabic to oversee daily operations
daily administrative operations of the clinic.
- Solve patient issues and complaints including informal complaints relating to reception staff in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Ensure the schedule is always organized and the daily process of reminding and contacting patient is working properly.
- Coordination with the nurses supervisor if there is any training, machine's maintenance or changes in appointments
- Make sure the team is properly trained and that everything is running correctly and educate and train new staff.
- Manage day to day issues that may arise within the team or with individuals
- Managing monthly team meetings.
- Ensure patient completed all necessary forms and documentation information is accurate including billing information
- Maintain stock of forms and office supplies.
- Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.
Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
