- Bachelor's degree infinance or a related field. A master's degree or relevantcertification (CFA, CAIA, etc.) isdesirable
- Proficiency in financial analysis,including financial statement analysis, financial modeling, andinterpreting financial data. Strong understanding of corporatefinance principles and valuationtechniques
- Demonstrated experience in leadingdue diligence on potential investment targets, including marketanalysis, competitive assessment, and riskevaluation
- Sound understanding of dealstructuring, investment terms, and negotiationtechniques
- Good knowledge of private equity /venture capital industries.
