- Investigate and resolve technicalissues reported by users related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral.
- Conduct training sessions forend-users on various aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral, including basic functionalities, best practices, andsystem updates.
- Collaborate with seniorconsultants to design and deploy system enhancements,customization, and integrations.
- Support seniorconsultants in all phases of the implementation life cycle,including requirement gathering, system setup, data migration,testing, and deployment.
- Document businessprocesses, user guidelines, and system workflows to support ongoingsystem maintenance and knowledgesharing.
