Our client, an international retail fashion company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative digital strategies that elevate online presence and drive measurable results.

You'll be at the forefront of leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, focusing on enhancing online visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of captivating digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity and resonating with the target audience across various online platforms.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization, optimizing budget allocation and timelines to maximize ROI.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of digital marketers, designers, content creators, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve digital marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, leveraging data to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with influencers, online publications, and other digital stakeholders to expand brand reach and enhance online presence.
  • Ensure the integrity and coherence of the brand across all digital touchpoints, maintaining consistent messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity, with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve digital marketing objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion for fashion and a solid grasp of consumer behavior and preferences in the digital landscape, particularly within the fast fashion market.
