We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Handyman to carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair works (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Attend to breakdowns minor repairs preventive maintenance tasks inspect building facilities report faults safety concerns replace fixtures such as lights switches locks taps sanitary fittings assist emergency maintenance urgent repair works maintain tools equipment work areas good condition follow safety procedures company maintenance standards coordinate supervisors report completed tasks
