Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
  • Lead and motivate production team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Train and develop production staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff to support their professional development.
  • Generate production reports and analyze data to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data and problemsolve to improve production efficiency.
