One of our reputed clients a health clubchain is looking to hire an Area Fitness Manager to manage theirPT/Fitness operations and teams for multiplelocations.

Key ResultAreas:

PT budgeting and revenuemanagement.

Collaborate with senior management todevelop and run PT/GX strategy with an objective to drivesales/revenue.

Recruiting training and developingPT teams.

Managing multiple teams KPI and alsooverall PT/fitness/GX budgets.

PT penetrationStrategy and training.

Participate in performancemanagement reviews with an objective of evaluating team members andproviding constructive feedback &training.

Coach mentor educate and develop theteams.

Provide continuous education and marketinsights in terms of keeping up with the pace in theindustry.

Create SOPs for the department interms of customer service/ member experience and health &safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimumof 6 years experience out of which at least 2 years managingmultiple locations/ PT teams.

GCC experiencehighly preferred.

Working experience in preparingPT budgets considering market conditions.

Salesdriven and customer focused personality.

Strongleadership interpersonal and communication skills.

Extensive industry knowledge including latesttrends in the market.

Bachelor Degree in SportsScience / Physical Education. Fitness certifications (minimum level3)

Holding a valid UAE driving license.
