Minimum two year hotel experience required on relevant position.

Job Description:

Exceeds personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Understands the overall market competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
Solicits Leisure, group, transient business through action plan preparation and execution
Responsible for achievement of objectives, as outlined in the action plans
Determines and recommends prospective customers from market information and resources
Within established parameters, quotes and negotiates prices, confirming by written contracts
As directed, participates in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

Must have well-groomed and presentable personality

Well-versed with the official and formal communication.

Salary:
From AED9,000.00 per month
