Job Purpose:

Manage a team who handle front-end processing of investment transactions and related credit transactions. Execute fixed income, equity and mutual fund trades. Manage client queries and service requests. Provide product management and process expertise

Principal Accountabilities:

Work Management

SENIOR INVESTMENT SUPPORT
Leading the team of investment administrators

Identify and enact process enhancement and efficiencies

Prepare term sheets using data available on Bloomberg / other sources for every client transaction - bonds, leverage, funds, equity etc.

Initiate all investment transactions on the system.

Ensure adherence to documentation requirements for smooth execution of transactions. Manage collection, scanning, upload to Matrix and safe-keeping of clients documents.

Be the single point of contact for all operations related matters and coordinate with back office for smooth transaction processing

INVESTMENT EXECUTION
Manage execution of fixed income trades with FI desk

Clear understanding of Matrix investment system with end-to-end booking process

Place orders and manage subscription documentation with external fund managers

CLIENT SERVICE
Single point of contact for RMs across segments for resolution of client queries and service requests

Ensure that client service requests are resolved in coordination Investment Advisors, Investment Operations, Retail Risk, Market Risk and other concerned departments

Interact with clients, when required, to resolve service queries or complete documentation.

PRODUCT SUPPORT
Collate product updates from the product team for the use of advisors and RMs.

Track sales MIS, revenue booking.

Provide monthly updates to Financial Control.

Coordinate with IT for regular upkeep and maintenance of investment system

Coordinate all process enhancement, systems and automation projects being undertaken by the business
