As a Property Consultant, you will work with inbound leads provided by clients, eliminating the need for cold calling.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in finding their ideal properties and listing opportunities on various online portals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and renters based on provided inbound leads.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding property purchases, rentals, and investments.
- Identify suitable properties based on client preferences and requirements.
- List properties on different online portals to maximize visibility and reach.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers/renters and property owners.
- Stay updated with market trends and property values in the UAE real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant in the UAE real estate market.
- Indepth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including various neighborhoods, property types, and pricing trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a commissionbased compensation structure.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings.
