Cyrus Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Germany & Dubai, made up of ex-Google contractors, who are looking to bring on board an Operations specialist to take ownership of improving and systemizing their business organizational infrastructure.

Setting themselves up for becoming the best agency in the DACH region, youll pave the way for better efficiency and workflow throughout the entire organization.

With a team of high achievers, from media buyers to SEO Specialists who want to always go one step further and become experts in what they do, every day will feel like you're learning something new and helping make this goal happen

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

You'll be joining a team of purpose-driven experts to support them in their growth by optimizing processes and ensuring maximum efficiency & productivity company-wide.

As an Operations Manager, you'll continue to build a strong culture in the team, and set up a strong foundation for further sustainable growth of the organization by tackling HR, Finance, and Operations related projects.

This is a full-time position.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
Scaling the team sustainably by designing and implementing business and HR strategies & proceduresIncreasing company efficiency by establishing team and company-wide processes, goals & objectives
Leading and building an internal management and operations team that allows to achieve your defined role objectives as well as company objectives
Maintaining a low employee and contractor churn rate by building a healthy company
Maximising company profits by setting up a basic financial infrastructure that includes but is not limited to projection setting, invoicing expense tracking, and profit per client measurement

WHO YOU ARE
You have experience working in a performance marketing agency
You have been working in the Operations team and have worked with departments such as HR and finances
You are a people person and a natural team leader
You have an efficiency-oriented mindset and thrive when testing and implementing new organizational design ideas
You are driven by challenges and changes presented in a company that's rapidly growing
You are decisive, innovative, and a strategic thinker
You are fluent in English, and knowledge of German is a plus
