About this role:


What we need you to do - Partnership Growth

  • Assist in the development and execution of Ding Checkout's go to market strategy to facilitate adoption of topup by Ding's partner customer base.
  • Work with the Partnership Growth team to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Create content for marketing materials such as adverts, flyers and other marketing material.
  • Work with graphic design support to create effective marketing and POS materials for retail partners across multiple markets.
  • Assist in running effective instore marketing campaigns.
  • Work with members of the Ding team to run product/brand awareness campaigns on LinkedIn for Ding API/Ding Checkout solutions.
  • Assist in the planning and creation of required collateral for key events.
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Ding's go to market strategy in the global markets.
  • Support in the building of relationships with diaspora communities through digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Assist in the recruitment and management of community ambassadors, including social media influencers and on the ground advocates.
  • Support in exploring potential commercial and affiliate partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various functions across the business, including Marketing, Business Development, Product & Technology.

What we 're looking for**:


  • Ideally 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • A Team Player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of online/offline marketing principles.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
