    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Design Thinking, Innovation, Human-Centred design or equivalentExperience: 1- 2 yearsExceptional communication skills – in presenting, listening and feedback loopsDemonstrated deep empathy and connection to stakeholders & customers
