    • To ensure the efficient running ofthe night operations in the hotel.
    • To overseedirectly the overnight ambassador of the hotel and indirectly theFront Office operations during the night, including the Reception,CID, Bell Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, Business Center,Airport representatives, Drivers and Valet Parking, ensuring thatthe hotel standards and procedures are fully known andfollowed.
    • To ensure uncompromising levels ofcleanliness and maintenance through each ambassador'sresponsibility.
    • To ensure appropriate stocklevel for the smooth run of the night operations and to approverequisitions accordingly.
    • To ensure a properuse of the telephone etiquette as per Sofitelstandards.
    • To ensure a proper coverage andsupervision of all the sections at all times during thenight.
    • To be present in the reception or lobbyduring check-in and check-out time or any event and to socializewith guests, playing a Public Relationsrole.
    • To ensure that all guests receive a warmwelcome and that they enjoy their stay being offered the finestpersonal service.
    • To personally greet andescort the guests rather than pointing outdirections.
    • To ensure that the privacy of theguests and the confidentiality of the information isrespected.
    • To act as a representative of theManagement when dealing with guest complaints or if a ambassadormember is facing difficulties that she/ he cannot solve on her/ hisown.
    • To manage any guest complaint in aprofessional manner by resolving it and making sure the guest issatisfied, and recording it.
    • To call the DORfor advice in serious cases or if an approval isrequired.
    • To be fully aware of and to reportall guest comments or complaints.
    • To ensurethat Guest History records are accurately maintained and allrecurring guests are pre-registered.
    • To ensurethat the night arrival lists are updated, transportation andairport services are scheduled and all the rooms are blockedaccording to guest requests andneeds.
