Job Description

My client are a specialist maternity hospital in UAE.With the state-of-the-art facilities, nurturing and caring environment and highly experienced medical staff.

My client are a totally committed healthcare facility providing leading-edge comprehensive care for women's needs and facilitating a safe childbirth experience.

Currently my client have a great opportunity specialist physicians.
The Specialist Physician shares the same responsibility of the Consultant Physician for delivering high quality, evidence-based and patient-centred care.

The post holder is expected to be an example of clinical excellence within the Division and contributes to the supervision and training of junior medical staff.

Your job roles will consist of the below responsibilities:
Support and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.
Supports and participates in the organization's performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.
Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the Division at all timesAttends Divisional meetings as invitedSupports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidentsAssumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff Job Category Healthcare & Medical

HAAD PQR:
a. Qualifications from Tier 1ORb. Qualifications from Tier 2ORc. Qualifications from Tier 3ANDCurrent national license or equivalenta.

Tier 1:
No additional experience required post board certification.

b. Tier 2:
NLT 2 years of clinical experience post qualification ininternationally accredited institute.


UAE nationals:

No additional experience required post board certificationFor UAE Nationals + Non UAE Nationals enrolled in HAAD accredited residency programs: : No experience required post board certificationC.

Tier 3:
NLT 3 years clinical experience as Specialist post qualification in internationally accredited institute
