    Description

    We are looking for anexperienced Guest Experience Managerfor a luxury hotel inDoha, Qatar.

    TheGuest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring thehighest levels of guestsatisfaction.

    This position will beresponsible for the daily operation of the Front Desk and liaisingwith any area impacting the guests' experience. Plans direct andcoordinates activities to ensure exceptional service is achieved.Provide operational support, train, motivate, and recognizes teammembers. Exercises independent judgment and initiative whilecarrying out overall responsibilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensureand provide a professional upscale guest service experience. Createa positive first impression for guests.
    • Assistsin leading and supervising the Front Office Team. Motivate anddevelop team members.
    • Provide training,direction, and leadership to the Front OfficeTeam.
    • Create, lead, and maintain the VIP andamenity program to increase guest loyalty andretention.
    • Evaluate and respond to all guestfeedback.
    • Takes personal responsibility forcorrecting service problems and creating memorable guestexperiences. Respond to the needs of guests and anticipate theirunstated ones.
    • Maintain regular and seamlesscommunication with guests by being approachable, detailed oriented,results-driven, and gracious.
    • Coordinate andmanage communication between all departments impacting the guests'experience.
    • Performs check-ins and checkouts;confirms that all SOPs are being followed properly. Performadditional Front Desk tasks as needed.
    • Recruitand train qualified candidates for all Front Desk and Bell/DoorAssociates.
    • Maximize room revenue byLRA-Knowing how to yield last-minute business at the appropriateprice point.
    • Closely work with the Sales& Revenue Team to comprehend rate strategy based onseasonality.
    • Maintain property responses toall channels for their reviewresponses.

    RequiredSkills/Qualifications:

    • Withgood luxury experience in the hotel industry in the middle east,experience in Qatar is anadvantage.
    • Minimumtwo years experience in hospitalityoperations.
    • Must be highly organized,efficient, and detailed oriented.
    • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
    • Musthave excellent interpersonal/relationship-buildingskills.
    • Outside of the boxthinker.
    • Opera experiencepreferred.
