Customer Service Representatives/Help Desk

Hiring Customer Service Representatives for a government entity based in Dubai.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service sector for minimum of 2 years.
  • Customer focused with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Should be able to work outdoor depending on the requirements of the client.
  • Should have experience in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
  • Assisting the customers on call or face to face and provide guidance as required.
  • Basic knowledge in MS
  • Office.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
