Customer Service Representatives/Help Desk
Hiring Customer Service Representatives for a government entity based in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service sector for minimum of 2 years.
- Customer focused with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Should be able to work outdoor depending on the requirements of the client.
- Should have experience in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
- Assisting the customers on call or face to face and provide guidance as required.
- Basic knowledge in MS
- Office.
