- Supervising the front desk orwelcome area to ensure a smooth flow of patrons entering andexiting the center.
- Maintaining therecreational equipment with regular cleanings andinspections.
- Planning activities for patrons ona daily basis, such as crafts, games, or specialevents.
- Managing the inventory and taking noteof stocks, order requests, anddeliveries.
- Overseeing the food and beveragearea to ensure patrons are satisfied with theirpurchases.
- Answering patrons' questionsand resolving customer complaints swiftly according to companyguidelines.
- Assisting patrons with specialneeds to use the recreational equipment, or to enter/exit the areasafely.
- Overseeing company safety programs andpolicies, and attending to patrons in need of minor medicalassistance.
