Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and planning day to day lease replacement reservations to ensure efficient movement of vehicles and drivers to meet customer's satisfaction.
  • Organizing breakdown facilities for lease vehicles.
  • Collect and deliver lease customer vehicles for maintenance and when ready to return on time.
  • Organize delivery and collection of lease vehicles and commitments to be fulfilled on time to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for organizing driver's duties for lease vehicles.
  • Coordinate and control utilization of vehicles and manpower.
  • Responsible for registration renewals for all lease vehicles & update in system.
  • Coordinating with maintenance department in monitoring all cars placed in external & internal workshops to ensure timely and costeffective completion of quality work.
  • To follow up with maintenance department for any accidental related
  • Responsible to maintain a log book for accidents and maintenance related vehicles.
  • Responsible to update vehicle movement in the system.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
