- Liaise with tenants, propertyagencies and related parties.
- Draft real estateexpansion plans to determine which locations will be given priorityto better position the business in themarketplace.
- Source proposals, refineshortlists, and negotiate the most advantageous deal in the bestinterests of the tenant clients.
- Negotiate newlease agreements, monitor lease expiration dates in order toeffectively plan the renewal strategy.
- Activelyinitiate business development activities with both current andpotential customers through direct mailers, canvassing, andnetworking.
- Bachelor's degree in RealEstate, Business, or a related field.
- Provenexperience as a Retail Broker or in a similar role within the realestate industry.
- Strong understanding of retailmarket dynamics and trends.
- Excellentnegotiation and interpersonalskills.
- Familiarity with relevant real estatelaws, regulations, and industry bestpractices.
- Proficiency in real estate softwareand Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effectivecommunication and presentationskills.
