Job Summary:


The School Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling school-related products and services, such as textbooks, educational software, and fundraising programs.

This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with schools and educators, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell school-related products and services to schools and educators.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and educators to build trust and loyalty.

Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering products on time.

Attend conferences and trade shows to promote school-related products and services and stay current on industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Manage sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance and opportunities.

Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy and planning.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Experience in sales, preferably in the education industry or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ability to travel and attend conferences and trade shows as needed.

Familiarity with sales management software and tools, such as CRM systems.

Knowledge of the education industry, including trends and challenges, and ability to communicate effectively about industry-specific products and services.


Working Conditions:


The School Sales Representative typically works in an office environment, but may also spend time traveling to meet with customers or attending conferences and trade shows.

This is a full-time position with benefits. The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate customer schedules.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
