Job summary
The Product Marketing & Business Planning Specialist – DX plays a pivotal regional role in driving product marketing strategy, business development, analysis, planning, reporting and market research for the DX business across the MEA region.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly DX strategic planning and budget preparation for each region.
- Develop manage and monitor DX sales budgets by country product category and region Develop maintain dashboards KPIs and performance tracking tools using Excel Power BI SAP or other reporting platforms Ensure data accuracy consistency across all regions for sales product market information Conduct variance analysis against budget forecasts providing data-driven recommendations Monitor product availability across regions coordinate necessary actions to optimize supply Enhance forecast accuracy support affiliates in safety stock demand planning Lead PPL/OOL planning supply coordination to prevent shortages Support regional price-setting costing activities discount approval processes for projects Assist in negotiating factory discounts optimizing FOB pricing developing region-specific pricing strategies Maintain structured communication with affiliates HQ factories internal teams ensure alignment Prepare support executive-level presentations management meetings Communicate updates on performance projects timelines strategic initiatives Support implementation of product marketing strategies SBUs Coordinate regional campaigns launches communication activities with affiliates HQ Ensure timely dissemination of updates regarding changes new introductions certifications withdrawals Conduct comprehensive market research track trends customer behavior product demand Collect analyze competitor pricing offerings share insights Lead mapping decision-making factories regional management Analyze structures lead-times recommended retail prices discount policies Support improvements negotiations on lead-times pricing factory support Plan supporting related to the DX business
